“An average 15 to 20 workers receive the vaccines every day based on the availability scheduled. Meanwhile, the executive staff are advised to get the vaccines done by themselves. The vaccination of blue-collar workers is expected to conclude soon by covering more people during the weekends,” said Bharat Bhatia, CEO of Conares, who added that workers were taken to vaccination centres in small batches to get the jab.

Bhatia agreed that the UAE’s national vaccination drive and the momentum it has created has spread positivity in the economy. “We are eager to encourage our employees to receive the vaccine, which ensures a safe workplace and will help drive the economic recovery as well. When the employees are vaccinated, the customers interacting with us would feel safer as well.”
