The Bahrain health ministry has reported 309 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 406 recoveries.
Of the new cases, 84 were among expatriate workers, 217 were contacts of active cases, and eight were travel related. Three new deaths were reported. The death toll stands at 305. As many as 10,360 Covid-19 tests were carried out on October 20, the ministry said, taking the total number of recoveries to 75,089.
There are currently 31 Covid-19 cases in a critical condition, and 65 cases receiving treatment. 3,108 cases are stable out of a total of 3,139 active cases.
