Government authorises SKYCovione for two-dose regimen on people aged 18 or older

The Kuwait government Cabinet held its weekly session at Seif Palace on Monday under chairmanship of Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al Hamad Al Sabah - where measures to curb Covid-19 virus spread were discussed.
The ministers took notice that in light of the increase in novel coronavirus infections around the world, the Cabinet has decided to keep the status at the airport unchanged.

After a briefing by the Minister of Health on the Covid situation in Kuwait, the government urged citizens and residents to continue taking all necessary precautions against the virus. The Cabinet decided to delay shifting to the 'second phase' regarding the resumption of commercial flights to Kuwait International Airport until further notice and assigned the civil aviation authority to lower number of commercial flights via the airport indefinitely.
