The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention on Friday reported 410 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 304 new recoveries.
The new cases were detected through additional 49,000 tests.
MoHAP also reported two new deaths on Friday.
The number of infections in the country stand at 46,973 while total recoveries are 35,469. The death toll stands at 310 as on Friday.

Authorities have expanded the scope of testing nationwide, to facilitate the early detection of Covid-19 cases and carry out the necessary treatment.
On Thursday, the Abu Dhabi Stem Cell Centre (ADSCC) said that its breakthrough therapy has now treated more than 2,000 patients suffering from Covid-19, with 1,200 already fully recovered from the effects of the virus.  
As a result of the pandemic's spread worldwide, two private companies in the UAE have signed an agreement with two firms in Israel to develop research and technology to fight coronavirus.
Following the success of the National Disinfection Campaign, the UAE's streets and shopping malls are wearing a cheerful look again with the lifting of all movement restrictions. Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority, meanwhile, announced the Metro will return to normal hours. Shopping malls and commercial establishments in Dubai have also reverted to regular working hours.

However, the ministry stresses on the need to avoid gatherings. Authorities advise residents to commit to social distancing when stepping out and wear masks and gloves. The ministry has also urged the residents to continue following all precautionary and preventive measures in place to fight against the spread of Covid-19.
