Are Deepika Padukone- Ranveer Singh getting married soon?

Speculations about their wedding date were doing the rounds.

Ever since Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma tied the knot in a high-profile wedding last year, rumour mills have been working overtime speculating about the next big wedding in B-town.
Recently, Deepika was spotted doing jewellery shopping with her mother and sister and fans couldn't resist but speculate a secret wedding. 
The fans went on to guess that a marriage date was getting shortlisted for their wedding. 
Ranveer in an interview to Spice Route magazine as quoted by Bollywood Life went on to explain what is stopping him from getting married to Deepika Padukone.
"It is the function of speculation - to exist. Nothing is official till it is made official and I am not a seer. I cannot say this will happen on this date in the future. Right now we are both extremely busy working. Besides, she is also recuperating from back problems. So we are quite occupied and distracted. So, if there is any announcement in the future, you will be hearing me shouting from the rooftops." 
With the couple in question denying any wedding plans, hopefully, the speculations will be put to rest.
