at his residence. After obtaining a search warrant from the Public Prosecution, cops raided his residence but their search drew a blank. Police then conducted a body search and found three paper rolls containing Heroin, Opium and Codeine inside his wallet. He was arrested and referred to the forensic laboratory where tests showed that he had taken drugs.

On interrogation he confessed to the charges.

The defence lawyer pleaded that the court declare the procedures of arrest and search as null and void since the warrants were issued after the arrest. However, the court dismissed the plea and sentenced him to four years' imprisonment.
