So Kylie Minogue dazzled at the premiere of her documentary film in £500,000 of diamonds.
In a Dolce & Gabbana satin cream gown sprinkled with Swarovski crystals, the 39-year-old Australian singer starred on the red carpet in Leicester Square as well as the screen.
The 11-minute film, directed by her personal stylist William Baker, tells the story of her return to touring after nine months of being treated for breast cancer. It offers a behind-the-scenes account of last year's Showgirl tour which was postponed when she was diagnosed with cancer in May 2005. It includes emotional footage of her at the time of her breakup with French actor Olivier Martinez.
