'The 200K Global Property Show' to be held in November
DUBAI — Sphere, the Dubai-based property solutions company, yesterday officially announced 'The 200K Global Property Show' will take place later this year.
The event, which will take place in November, will host agents and developers from regions all over the world, all offering properties for sale at a value not exceeding £200, 000 (Dh1.3 million).
"Following the success of Sphere's first show, a lot of positive feedback was received from exhibitors and potential exhibitors which has led to the launch of this new initiative," said Deirdre McCarthy-Betzold, Partner, SPHERE.
"It was clear that by offering a show with a clear, focused proposition we were able to provide both exhibitor and visitor with the perfect forum to do business.
The 200K Global Property Show has already attracted significant interest from agents and developers in Dubai, Croatia, Bulgaria, France, Spain, Poland, Cyprus, New Zealand, Australia and the UK. "
In addition to international agents and developers Sphere is also inviting local and regional companies that are selling properties within the £200K range to attend. Experts will also be on hand to provide financing and mortgage advice.
