The programme is currently valid at The Dubai Mall and rewards any spend of Dh100 or more with Skywards Miles at a rate of 1 mile per $1 (approximately Dh3.67) for silver, gold and platinum members, and 1 mile per $2 (approximately Dh7.34) for blue members. This includes spend at all retail stores, dining outlets and leisure activities such as Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, VR Park, Dubai Ice Rink and Reel Cinemas.

The Emaar Malls Rewards Programme will operate via The Dubai Mall mobile app. To begin earning Skywards Miles, shoppers need to register for the programme directly on the app, link their Skywards account and scan in a valid store receipt from an outlet in The Dubai Mall through the app's scanning feature. Each receipt must be for purchases totalling Dh100 or more and dated within 14 days of the original transaction.
