Foundations laid for Damac project
DUBAI - Damac Properties said that it has cast basement slabs at four of its nine projects — The Corner, Executive Bay, Capital Bay and Park Central — currently under construction at Business Bay.
“Once the slabs have been cast, construction tends to speed up quite significantly,” Damac Properties Vice-President Niall Mc Loughlin said. “Once we reach the first floor, it should be a floor a week from there onwards.”
Damac Properties is making good progress at its Business Tower and XL Tower soon to be handed over, and completed piling works at three other projects — Commercial Square, Water’s Edge and Business Central.
