Emirates Bank bags EuroMoney award
DUBAI - Emirates Bank, has won the award for being the best bank in the UAE for the third time from EuroMoney award for excellence 2004.
The award was announced in a splendid ceremony that took place recently in London.
Emirates Bank has been very active in the high-profile banking deals last year and the bank has worked on a number of big project finance contracts, and has been able to secure a role in all but one of the five bond issues in the UAE over the past 12 months.
EuroMoney said: "Through its Emirates Bank International and Emirates Financial Services divisions, the Emirates Bank Group has developed one of the most enviable corporate and investment banking businesses in the UAE."
Anis Al Jallaf, chief executive officer of Emirates Bank said : "We are pleased that Emirates Bank wins EuroMoney award for excellence 2004 for best bank in the UAE."
