ASGC launches Dh200 million residential tower at Dubailand

DUBAI - Al Shafar General Contracting, or ASGC, announced at The Big 5 exhibition that it has completed its Dh200 million residential tower in Dubailand.

“With a total built up area of 27,501 square metres, Dubailand Tower sets a benchmark of quality while providing a beautiful lifestyle,” said Emad Azmy, President of ASGC.

The building comprises 16 floors in addition to the ground floor and two basements. It boasts 132 apartments ranging from one-, two- and three-bedroom units. “Those who seek greater comfort and bigger space have a choice of six ultra luxurious penthouses located on the 15th and 16th floors,” he said.
