Aldar takes part in Al Ain seminar and expo
AL AIN — Aldar Properties participated at the 'Future Projects in Al Ain Seminar and Exhibition' organised by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Al Ain branch, held on Sunday at Al Ain Rotana Hotel.
Aldar, Abu Dhabi's leading property developer, formally launched the Noor Al Ain Development in March 25, 2007, which will consist of the first multi-use integrated centre, trebling the size of Aldar's former centre Al Jimi Mall.
The scheme will offer the opportunity to all UAE Nationals to purchase residential properties within a vibrant environment in the Garden City.
Construction is already under way and investors can purchase residential space, and retailers lease commercial spaces within the development, which also has a 300-room business hotel.
