Working schedule of embassies revised

ABU DHABI – Several embassies and consulates in both the capital and Dubai have announced their timetable during the month of Ramadan.

The Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi and the Consulate General of India in Dubai will have public working hours between 9am and 4.30pm, from Sunday to Thursday.

The Bangladesh Embassy will remain open from 9am to 2pm, also from Sunday to Thursday. The Pakistani Embassy will have the same timetable.

Most of the European embassies will keep the opening hours as usual. The Italian Embassy will remain open from 9am to 4pm, but the visa application section will close at 11.30am.

The British Embassy will be open from 7.30am to 2.30pm, from Sunday to Thursday, but the visa section will close at 11am for applications and it will be open between 2pm and 2.30pm for visa delivery in Abu Dhabi and between 1.30pm and 2.30 for visa delivery in Dubai.

All embassies will remain closed for two days over the Eid Al Fitr holidays, which this year is expected to be on October 24 and 25.
