Burj Khalifa on Tuesday tweeted a teaser video of the much talked about New Year light show that will attempt to break a world record on the big night.
In the brief clip, the world's tallest tower can be seen lighting up in neon blue - flashing a sign indicating the number of days left for the epic show - 5 days!
Earlier, this month, Emaar had unveiled a 'behind-the-scenes' video of the preparations ongoing for the 'Light Up 2018' spectacle in Downtown Dubai, which is set to be an official Guinness World Records title attempt.

With a team of global professionals working round-the- clock, the 'Light Up 2018' spectacle will celebrate the UAE's achievements and pay tribute to the founding father of the nation, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, to mark the 'Year of Zayed' in 2018. The video can be viewed on Emaar's social media platforms and at www.mydubainewyear.com
'Light Up 2018' celebrations will kick off at 5pm starting with The Dubai Fountain shows and live deejay, and continue till 1am. The public are urged to be at the venue before 6pm. The event will be broadcast live on televisions globally and beamed on big screens in Downtown Dubai.
