UAQ hails federal education strategy
UMM AL QAIWAIN - Crown Prince of Umm Al Qaiwain, Shaikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla hailed the federal strategy of education in the UAE and the efforts of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in this field.
He held in high esteem the role played by universities, colleges and other institutions of higher education in the making of the nation and achieving its sublime goals.
Shaikh Rashid made these comments while receiving officials of the firm which will establish the Emirati-Canadian University in the emirate of Umm Al Qaiwain.
Officials briefed the Crown Prince on the plan and the various phases for setting up the university college, which will gradually be developed into a full fledged university.
