UAE team visits Oxford Chancellor
ABU DHABI — Improving performance of Abu Dhabi's public sector was the main focus of discussions between a senior Department of Civil Service (DCS) delegation and the Chancellor of Oxford University, Lord Patten of Barnes, who indicated his support to creating a Middle East academic and research presence for Oxford in the Emirate.
At the invitation of Lord Patten, the DCS delegation led by Under-secretary Ali Al Ketbi, met the former UK Cabinet Minister and last Governor of Hong Kong at the House of Lords in London last week.
