Training for RTA employees
DUBAI — The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), through the Training and Development Section of its Human Resources Department, organised intensive training programmes for its employees from March 11. The programmes included ‘Time Management’ and ‘Creative Ways of Problem Solving’.
Kawthar Kazim, Director of Human Resources Department, RTA, said that the training programmes must be subject to an objective corporate analysis to determine the requirements and needs.
