Saif bin Zayed opens Abu Dhabi Science Festival
ABU DHABI — Lt. General Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior inaugurated on Friday the sessions of Abu Dhabi Science Festival (ADSF), which is being organised for the first time in Arab world.
The event, which will run from Nov. 18 - 26, is held under the patronage of General Shaikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE armed forces.
Shaikh Saif expressed his pleasure about the ADSF, adding that the UAE is proud of hosting the world exhibitions. “Our Capital hosts every week innovative and unique societal event. This week the event thrills public”.
He added that “we are inspired by the President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan to provide unlimited support to initiatives that activate the role of community.
This awe-inspiring science festival, is designed primarily to excite and spark the curiosity of young visitors.
