RTA's emergency call centre set up

DUBAI — The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) will receive communication and emergency calls from strategic partners and employees of the authority through the Emergency Office in their main office round-the-clock during all days in a week.

Farid Abdulredha Karmostaji, Director of Customer Service Centre Department, said the RTA announced recently the establishment of this office that initially operated during specified timings, which was later increased to 24 hours. He added that the office deals with all incoming calls from strategic partners and RTA’s employees, and coordinates directly with the authorities concerned for a quick response to emergency cases.
