New system to improve services in Ajman
AJMAN — The Ajman Muncipality has recently started implementing the new Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) and Secret Customers System to ensure best quality services for the public.
Speaking to Khaleej Times, Shaikh Rashid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Municipality and Planning said that the PDA is used by the inspectors of the Food Section of the Ajman Municipality during their inspection processes at various outlets selling food including resturants, supermarkets, restaurants and groceries.
The secret customer system was introduced to ensure the quality services of employees in all sections by monitoring those who intend to commit corruption and those who neglect their duties.
