MIT Sloan Management Review GCC will host the Digital Transformation Forum 2017 on October 25 and 26, 2017 in Dubai, UAE.
The two-day forum will bring business leaders and technology innovators together to understand processes, technologies and strategies to harness the power of digital transformation.
As per industry reports, global investments in digital transformation are estimated to reach $431 billion by 2021.
Digital transformation, or digitrans, has not only disrupted traditional business processes but also been rapidly reshaping the global economy and has created a new breed of innovators, visionaries and enablers that are making businesses, organisations and people future-ready.
Khaleej Times, the leading English newspaper in the UAE, is supporting this event as the 'Official English Newspaper Partner.'
Speaking about the partnership with MIT SMR and the Digitrans Forum, Ravi Raman, Senior Vice-President, Khaleej Times said: "Digital Transformation should be a key focus not just for large companies, but every organisation. It can enable employees to increase productivity, increase consumer engagement, and even fundamentally change business models. We at Khaleej Times are delighted to support Digitrans 2017 and look forward to an engaging session".
Companies are investing heavily in their future by initiating a long-term program to change the way they think, work and market themselves. The conversation has now moved from, "how good the product or service is?" to "what value does it add to the existing ecosystem?" The race is on to find the answer to this question and to develop your products and services around that unique selling proposition.
Organisers have announced the first round of speakers speaking at this forum.  They include Trevor Moore, Chief Digital Officer, Richmond Fellowship, United Kingdom; Sandeep Chouhan, EVP Technology & Operations, Mashreq, UAE; Sebastian Samuel, Chief Information Officer, AW Rostamani, UAE; Alex Batlin, Global Head of Emerging Technologies & Blockchain, BNY Mellon, UK, amongst other eminent digital leaders.
The Forum will also include The Digital Leader Awards, recognising leading organisations and individuals for their achievements in digital transformation.
