Market control section upgraded in Ajman
AJMAN — In order to maintain healthy environment in the emirate, the Ajman Municipality yesterday decided to upgrade its market control section to a full-fledged directorate under the control of the director-general of the municipality.
The proposed new directorate will be headed by Yousef Mohammed Al Awadhi.
The new directorate's responsibilities include monitoring of the market and follow-ups, and ensuring the quality and validity of the products.
