The arrest was made as part of a continuing campaign to stop the irresponsible behaviour of youth, teasing women at marketplaces, shopping malls and other public places, ordered by General Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and UAE Defence Minister, who is also the Head of the Dubai Police and Public Security. The youth was caught red-handed and will be given stiff penalty, said a police spokesman.
