Mazda creates cars for true enthusiasts
Renowned for premium quality, Mazda incorporates dynamic design and excellent craftsmanship that has not only caught the attention of new buyers, but also secured a number of design awards.

Galadari recently launched the all-new Mazda 3 that has already received a lot of awards and positive responses from motor journalists worldwide, according to Dreyer.
"The features, driving quality and craftsmanship of the new Mazda 3 is on a premium level. The exterior design is simply stunning and has been defined as 'Car as Art'. An obsession for details can be found in each corner of the car," he added.
The car is propelled by a 2.0L Skyactiv engine that is both powerful and very efficient. Moreover, Mazda's entire SUV line-up is on high demand as customers opt to invest in its low fuel consumption, design, features, reliability and excellent residual value.
"By having three successful SUV models in our portfolio, we are witnessing a continuous trend towards SUVs in all segments. The comfort and higher seating position attract a lot of new buyers coming from the sedan segment.
Our objective is to identify the requirements of each customer and propose a suitable model.During an extended test drive, the customers experience the difference and do the selection," Dreyer said.
The JD Power 2019 UAE Customer Service Index Study recently crowned Mazda for having one of the highest customer aftersales satisfaction rates in the UAE.
Commenting on the title, Dreyer said: "This award is a testimonial of the hard work of the entire Mazda Galadari Team. We have fine-tuned our processes in service operation as well as in CRM to ensure that communication throughout the entire ownership phase is consistent and professional. Our efforts have also resulted in a very high retention ratio that indicates that even customers with cars older than five years are coming to our workshop."
Expanding regional reach
Galadari has been at the forefront in using digital and social media to increase brand awareness. One instance is the successful collaboration with popular car social media star 'SupercarBlondie' to launch its top of the range SUV CX-9 Signature.
"We have also recently implemented the market-leading Oracle Marketing Automation software to maximise reach and efficiency. Galadari Mazda were also the first to launch a full virtual showroom, including aftersales, on their website," he added.
Looking ahead, Mazda will present its first Electric Vehicle during the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show, and is looking forward to introduce it in the UAE in the near future. Furthermore, Dreyer hopes for a positive market ahead.
"Despite the market challenges, we were able to increase our market share during the last three years.
We are very positive on the 2020 market outlook as the Expo will not only boost the UAE economy, but also act as an accelerator for the fleet market. As customers are acknowledging the quality, reliability and attractiveness of Mazda cars, I'm confident that these will reflect on our sales numbers as well," he concluded.
