The Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation will participate in the fifth Shaikh Zayed Heritage Festival as a strategic partner. The foundation will also organise a public market to help 150 local families sell their handicraft products.
The foundation will support the local families under the directives of Shaikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs and Chairman of the Khalifa Bin Zayed Foundation, through his interest in community development in the UAE to help the needy and those on limited incomes.
Mohammed Haji Abdullah Al Khoury, Director-General of the foundation, said it will support the 150 families by helping them display and sell their handmade products.
