Dubai - The UAE is ranked the 28th happiest country in the world and the happiest country in the region

Aks, a popular events and artist management company, will present its first Color Carnival on March 10 at Rugby Park, Dubai Sports City.
According to the UN's World Happiness Report, the UAE is ranked the 28th happiest country in the world and the happiest country in the region and the carnival aims to spread positivity and happiness. Over 15,000 happy faces are expected to attend the event.
Also celebrating the popular Indian festival 'Holi', the carnival will feature a variety of entertainment, live music played by well-known DJs/artists, food trucks, shopping and a kids arena.
Bharat Harpalani, owner of Aks, said: "We believe that a happy person is a generous person - what a better way than to celebrate this together with vibrant colours and amazing music that immediately puts a smile on someone's face. Tickets to the Aks Color Carnival can be purchased from www.platinumlist.net or the ticket counters at the venue. Every visitor gets a special wristband, enabling them to purchase and enjoy the activities within the arena, making it a cashless experience.
