Fountains, jogging tracks in Al Barsha-2 parks
DUBAI — Dancing fountains, jogging tracks, fitness machines and gaming courts will be the highlights of three upcoming neighbourhood parks in Dubai’s Al Barsha-2 area.
The move is part of the civic body’s goal to increase the green areas in the Emirate of Dubai.
“Spreading green patches and supporting the recreational sector in the Emirate of Dubai is one of the strategic directions which the Municipality seeks to accomplish in order to achieve its vision in creating an excellent city that provides the essence of success and comfort of living,” Hussain Nasser Lootah, Director General of Dubai Municipality, said in a media release.
