Eida closes Karama registration center

Emirates Identity Authority announced its intention to temporary close the Karama Registration Center in Dubai for redesigning works. This closure will take place next Sunday until around 45 days.

The authority said that redesigning Karama registration center is under the authority’s ongoing keenness to upgrade the level of its facilities and its ongoing quest to provide innovative and distinguished services, contributing to raising customer satisfaction,

The authority pointed that it has assigned alternative appointments to all customers who have to complete the registration process at the Karama center and notified them through SMS, noting that it is possible to reschedule the registration appointment by contacting the call center on 600 530003.

The authority clarified that the capacity of the Karama Center will reach after the completion of the redesigning to 1000 customers daily, and that the center will allow all services related to the ID card, and it will also serve special needs customers and will provide more than 50 car parking.

There are 5 registration centers and offices of Emirates Identity Authority available in Dubai, they are : Al Barsha, Al Rashedya, Residency and Foreigners Affairs Office, the Office of the Rulers Court and Hatta, in addition to 6 registration centers attached to the preventive medicine centers across the Emirate, they are: Al Muhaisnah, Al Baraha, Al Satwa, Al Qouz, Knowledge Village and JAFZA. That is out of 60 registration centers and offices of the Emirates ID across the country.
