Brocolli and cottage cheese balls

Serves: 4
Ingredients
Broccoli, finely chopped 1 cup
Potato, boiled, peeled, mashed ½ cup
Paneer, fresh, grated ½ cup
Onion, finely chopped 1 pc
Garlic, crushed 1 tsp
Green chilli, finely chopped 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Salt To taste
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
Breadcrumbs for coating 2 tbsp
Method
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan; add the onion, garlic and green chilli; sauté till light brown.
Add the broccoli and sauté for 2-3 minutes or till it is almost cooked.
Add the potato and paneer. Mix well and remove from heat.
Add corn flour, breadcrumbs and salt. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.
Coat all the balls with breadcrumbs and deep-fry in medium hot oil till golden in colour.
Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
