Serves: 1
Ingredients 
Beef tenderloin, cubed 250 gm
Bell pepper, red, cubed 30 gm
Bell pepper, yellow, cubed 30 gm
Bell pepper, green, cubed 30 gm
Onion shallot, finely chopped 20 gm
Onion, brown, cubed 40 gm
Oyster sauce 25 ml
Sugar 15 gm
Black pepper 10 gm
Corn oil 10 ml
Garlic 20 gm
Soya sauce 20 ml
Chicken powder 10 gm
Salt a pinch
Method
Marinate the beef with oyster sauce, sugar and black pepper for about 10-15 minutes.
In a hot wok with corn oil, sauté the garlic until light brown in colour.
Add the beef and cook to preference. Then, add all the vegetables and seasoning. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Serve hot alongside steamed jasmine rice.
