Albright to speak at AUD
DUBAI - Madeline Albright, former US Secretary of State, will be the keynote speaker at the American University in Dubai's (AUD) Seventh Commencement Exercises on May 31.
The ceremony will be held at the Shaikh Rashid Hall of the Dubai World Trade Centre.
An audience of approximately 2,500, including dignitaries and other prominent members of the local community, are expected to attend the ceremony at the Shaikh Rashid Hall of the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The commencement will mark the graduation of some 230 students who will receive their American accredited degrees. Dr Lance de Masi, AUD President and Chief Academic Officer, said: "Secretary Albright's acceptance of our invitation is an honour. Dr Albright personifies intelligence and determination."
