African hammour

Serves: 1
Ingredients
Hammour fillet 200 gms
Chilli paste 20 gms
Olive oil 20 ml
Soy sauce 10 ml
Lemon, fresh half pc
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish
Method
Season the hammour fillet with sliced lemon, a bit of the olive oil, salt and pepper and grill until fully cooked.
Mix the chilli paste and the rest of the olive oil and soy sauce with more salt and pepper and blend together to form a paste.
Pour the mixture on the hammour fillet and garnish with lemon and parsley. Serve hot with French fries.
