The new e-program has been linked with Abu Dhabi Tawteen Council and Jobs Abu Dhabi Website in order to attract national and international cadres via an online platform mechanism starting with the submission of job application and finishing with the candidate’s recruitment.
The Municipality stated that it would announce all vacancies on the website www.adm.gov.ae, and called upon all interested candidates to register online. Afterwards the Municipality would contact the eligible candidates whose qualifications & practical experience meet the requirements of the advertised vacancy.
Rashid Khalifa Al Rumaithi, Acting Executive Director of Support Services Sector, said, ‘This initiative is undertaken in the context of the Municipality’s vision and strategy to attract and recruit the qualified national cadres aspiring for appropriate job opportunities in a suitable work environment, besides offering job seekers all over the opportunity to register, thus compile a database for all candidates.’
‘Over the past years, the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City has made significant advances in Emiratization, particularly in technical and administrative jobs, in addition to training and qualifying new graduates, sponsoring & conducting specialized training and qualifying courses in various fields; which left the door wide open for Emirati job seekers,’ added Al Rumaithi.
