Video: Three-year-old slips from balcony, dangles by neck

The little girl can be seen dangling from her neck.

A little girl in China had a miraculous escape after she fell from her third-floor balcony and got trapped between the railings outside the building. In a hair-raising video that went viral, the hapless girl is seen hanging outside the building, dangling by her neck. 
Fortunately, two men from the several onlookers on the road below the building, climbed up to save the child. The video shows the men climbing up with the help of a ladder and manage to rescue the girl on time.   

According to CGTN reports in Indian Express, the accident occurred in southwest China's Yunlong county on Friday when the child was alone at her home. The was said to be rescued unharmed and many on social media praised the quick-thinking men for saving the girl.
In a similar incident from China, a young boy fell off a Ferris wheel and dangled by the neck before he was saved. The boy escaped with minor injuries in the incident that occurred in September. While last year in France, a toddler was spotted hanging from the balcony of a four-storied building and rescued by a man later dubbed as 'Paris Spiderman'. Video of the incident showed the man scaling with bare hands without any harness.
