Shah said the provincial government is doing its best to eliminate criminal elements in Karachi. It has also supported the act of Rangers in this regards.
The prime minister assured Shah he would discuss this issued with Rangers and the Army.
In a related matter, Pakistan People’s Party’s Senator Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan while talking to newsmen here said that this claim by Rangers DGMO should be backed by solid evidence. “On what grounds was this estimate made,” Aitzaz questioned, while talking to media outside Parliament House.
