Mohammed Huzaifa, a 16-year-old juice seller in Multan, has become an internet sensation after he secured 1050 out of 1100 marks in matriculation (grade X) exam conducted by the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Multan.
The extremely talented Huzaifa is a sole bread earner for his family and worked as a fruit juice seller near the vegetable market of Multan to support his siblings and mother.
The Government College University (GCU) has now offered a scholarship to Huzaifa. GCU Vice-Chancellor Asghar Zaidi said besides full fee waiver, the university would also bear his hostel expenses.
Zaidi maintained that the boys like Huzaifa were role models for other GCU students and the institution would support Huzaifa by all possible means. The government-run Bait-ul-Mal has also approached Huzaifa and promised the young boy necessary financial aid.
Many people on Twitter have been offering help to Huzaifa to fulfill his dreams of getting quality education.
The social media platform is flooded with messages where many users offered him help to make a difference in the country.
People also love the boy for not complaining about the hardships in his life and doing his work with utmost honesty.
