The black diamond of Dubai

Korloff Paris re-opened its renovated Dubai Mall boutique in style last week by unveiling the coveted and legendary Korloff Noir Black Diamond. The store is part of Korloff's worldwide network of more than 450 points of sale. Daniel Paillasseur, the founder of Korloff, unveiled the rare diamond - the world's largest known black diamond - after the inauguration of the store. "It has inspired many of our creations throughout Korloff's history and it will forever represent the origins of the Korloff brand in the diamond world," he said. The new store includes Korloff's new 'Korloff Marriage' concept, and gives its unique 'Korloff Prestige' concept pride of place with some brand new displays where luxury and soft lights combine to welcome an increasingly selective clientele. The 73-facet rectangular-shaped Korloff cut, and the brand new 88-facet cut remain the two unchallenged icons of this 200sqm boutique.
