A Kid-Happy Campaign

Molfix, a premium baby diaper brand from Hayat Kimya, is gearing up for its latest campaign— and it has found the perfect person to lead it. The popular Turkish actress and recent mother of twins Tuba Büyüküstün, will be joining the campaign to promote the new Molfix ComfortFix system, which offers comfort to all little ones. The campaign will consist of four films that will be broadcast on leading TV channels, to be shown across North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf.

An Illuminating Run

Get fit and have a blast with  NEORUN, a one-of-a-kind event to take place on April 10, where runners are encouraged to get together with friends and walk or run — while covered in glowing UV paint! The run will take place in the dark (it starts from 7pm), and there are special neon zones situated every 500m that ensures every participant is covered in neon paint. Once the runners complete their glow in the dark run, they’ll be rewarded to a party atmosphere, hosted by Radio One DJs Danny C and Saif, thus ending the night with a bang!

Those interested in participating can purchase tickets by going to www.tickets.virginmegastores.me. Having a glowing run!

Watch Out

Who says fashion and tech don’t go together? Kenneth Cole and Geneva Watch Group recently introduced the new Kenneth Cole Connect smart watch collection — a wearable technology that’s making waves in the accessories market this season. Not only does the watch come in 12 styles, including dress, sport, classic and fashion, but it’s also loaded with smart functions, like Bluetooth that alerts wearers of incoming messages on their phone. Basically, you’re always connected. Smart and fashionable — that’s the whole package. Available at Hour Choice Stores across the UAE.

Showcasing the Desert

Displaying their collaborative work publicly for the very first time, Oman-based German artists Gazmend Kalemi and Miriam Humer’s exhibition — Seeds of the Desert Sand — promises to be an exciting one. The exhibition, which runs from April 4 to May 31, is organised by XVA Gallery and displays works they created individually as well as those they have created together. Having taken inspiration from elements commonly seen around the Middle East, the exhibit is sure to be something everyone can relate to. For more information check out www.xvagallery.com
