Eminent Hindustani vocalist Pandit Jasraj returns to Dubai this September to give a live concert, thanks to the popular demand for classical music in the UAE. The two hour-long concert, presented by Tambourine Live, is to be held on Friday, September 11, at Madinat Theatre, Souk Madinat Jumeirah - definitely set to be a fine showcase of traditional singing. Making the night all the more memorable will be the flute accompaniment by child prodigy and Grammy-nominated flautist Shashank Subramanyam, a disciple of Pandit Jasraj.
