The number one item on your wish list?
A trip I am dying to go on: kayak around Raja Ampat, Indonesia; be a tree hugger in Bali; and go wakeboarding in the Philippines.

What good deed are you planning for today?
I am feeding the stray cats in the area I live in and, so, drive around with cat food in my car. If I see a stray somewhere on the roads, I'll stop and feed it.

The biggest learning point/ experience in your life.
I've struggled with weight issues my whole life. Losing 25kg and changing my lifestyle and, most importantly, mindset was the biggest turning point of my life. It ended with me changing careers and becoming a nutritionist and metabolic balance coach in order to help others that may be struggling the way I once did.

What is your fitness mantra?
If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you. This really is so true. Only sweat and hard work can change your physique and mind.

The first thing you thought about when you woke up this morning.
Another 24 hours of endless possibilities. A new day, a new adventure. I am so grateful to have another day to change lives.

The app on your smartphone you click on most often.
I have two! Instagram and Snapchat - yep, I'm one of those! Totally addicted to Snapchat at the moment.

What's your greatest fear?
To become ordinary - and lose my passion and curiosity for life.

A way in which you are trying to change your life this year?
It's my daily challenge, actually: trying to constantly learn new things, be the best I can possibly be and never look back or regret anything. I am a 'yes' person and I live for adventure. I would rather say, 'Oh, I shouldn't have done that' than ask myself 'What if.?'. Life is short and I want to experience everything.

Favourite outdoor adventure - and why.
Wakeboarding, because it's an outdoor sport, it's fun, and it's active!

If you could have your pick of superpowers, what would you choose?
To make myself invisible and spy on people! Seriously, who doesn't want to be a spy?
