Dubai - Rainfall was recorded in parts of Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain on Sunday.

Heavy rain and hail lashed parts of UAE on Sunday afternoon.

According to the National Centre for Meteorology, areas such as Al Dhaid in Sharjah saw heavy rain with hail, while parts of Al Ain saw moderate rain.

Rainfall was moderate to heavy in parts of Umm Al Quwain, the NCM added, as well as Al Maliha in Sharjah and Al Manamah in Ajman.
