Video: Lights shake as earthquake felt in UAE

Videos of ceiling fixtures such as lights shaking due to tremors are now going viral on social media.

A 5.1 magnitude earthquake on the Richter scale was recorded in south Iran on Monday at 2.58pm, UAE time, according to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM).

Tremors were felt by residents of Dubai, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah. No damages were reported.
