Up to 75 per cent discounts are awaiting visitors at Sharjah Summer Promotions 2019, which begins on July 14.
The 49-day mega event, organised by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority, is held under the umbrella of the Sharjah Summer festival.
Mohamed Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, director-general of the SCCI, said: "Sharjah Summer Promotions is one of the key events organised by the SCCI, to reinforce Sharjah as a unique destination for tourism, shopping, and businesses. The event is part of our keenness to launch initiatives that bolster retail, tourism and other important economic sectors."
The event is held with an aim to boost the shopping, family tourism and hotels sectors, so as to make Sharjah an attractive destination locally, regionally or globally.
