Al Islami Foods is a brand with a rich heritage in the UAE. It possesses over 40 years of history, providing high-quality Halal food products to consumers across the Gulf and ensures freshness and taste.

"Our range of products is centred on high-quality chicken that is immediately frozen to ensure maximum freshness and taste," said Hamid Badawi, Deputy CEO of Al Islami Foods.
Its product portfolio features a range of readymade convenience products including burgers, nuggets, seafood, sausages, minced items as well as international flavours including kebabs. Al Islami also offers a children's range of products under the Aladdin brand, as well as a variety of frozen vegetables, fruit and snack products.
Al Islami focuses on diversity of food, as its consumer base includes Emiratis, Arab and Asian expatriates. "Al Islami is a multicultural brand for all ethnicities just like its hometown in Dubai. Sharing in not only the love of good food, Al Islami is also focused on sharing the knowledge on good food and what it means through innovative recipe ideas and information consumers need. We are focused on creating healthy trends and eating habits in homes for the next generation," Badawi added.
Al Islami is a trusted local brand that is invested in the local community and exports Halal meat to the region. It understands and appreciates the importance of quality Halal production methods, and strives to ensure this across all its products.

Global presence

Al Islami Foods has set up sustainable facilities for the continual production and supply of Halal products across the globe. Its current physical infrastructures are:
Physical set-up in Brazil where Al Islami produces and supplies whole chicken and parts in two main slaughterhouses - Seara and Coasul.
Physical set-up in the UAE where Al Islami produces all processed meat products in its meat factory located in Al Hamriyah Free Zone area.
Dedication to quality, taste and wellness
Keeping consumer well-being in mind, Badawi said that Al Islami Foods extends exclusive care and believes in transparency.
The Al Islami team is committed to Islamic values and teachings. Its chicken are slaughtered by hand without electrical stunning in the presence of an Al Islami representative, who monitors all production activities from hand slaughtering and processing to packing, freezing and shipping, and confirms compliance with international quality and food safety standards.
"We are pioneers in the development of Halal meat products. Our new ideas improve taste, quality, consistency and convenience. We also provide you with a tailor-made customer service. You are at all times assured of acquiring the best the market has to offer," he added.
Synonymous with healthy treats
Chicken is one of the most versatile and key staple ingredients in homes around the region and at the centre of most family's weekly diets. Al Islami's wide range of quality products bring families together to enjoy good quality home cooking.  Chicken is an excellent, affordable and healthy source of protein, containing all eight essential amino acids as well as a variety of vitamins and minerals.
Al Islami Food's popular products are whole chicken, tender chicken parts and the snacking range (samosas, spring rolls and kibbeh). Badawi added that the brand keeps up with the spirit of Ramadan with more focus on togetherness besides food. "We are all about reviving and maintaining tradition, and encourage family gatherings," he said.
