This was revealed on Sunday during a Press conference held by Colonel Khalid Nasser Al Razzuqi, director of Smart Services departments, in the presence of Colonel Dr. Ahmad bin Sabih, Deputy, General Department of Smart Services; Mr. Richard White, general manager of Max Box; and other staff members.
Colonel Razzuqi said the fines can be paid in cash or through credit cards.
He called on the public to take advantage of the service, which will help facilitate the payment of traffic fines in an efficient manner.
The initiative of the Dubai Police is part of its strategic plan to upgrade services as per the expectations of the Government of Dubai which hopes to enhance the satisfaction of the public, said Col Razzuqi.
Dr. Anas P, CEO of Max Box Middle East, said the Dubai Police puts in great efforts to provide better services to its customers, and Max Boxes are a step towards Dubai's m government.
