Scattered rainfall occurred around the UAE during the early hours of the morning on Monday according to the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS), even as the mercury dropped to 7.5 degrees C at Al Heben mountains.
Multiple updates by the NCMS indicate that the rain occurred in the areas of Ghayathi, Al Ruwais, Dalma, Khalifa City and Tawiyen as early as 6:45 am.
Forecasters have also warned of rough weather and dusty winds over the next three days, and advised residents, particularly drivers, to exercise caution.









In general, Monday's weather was forecast to be partly cloudy, with a slight chance of rain, with possibility of strong winds. Humidity was also forecast to increase as the day progresses.


According to weather.com, residents can expect today's temperatures to peak at 19°C and lows of 18°C.
