The Ras Al Khaimah Old Corniche will be the setting for a special performance by the Fursan Al Emarat aerial display team on Tuesday, November 28 at 3.50pm.
Fursan Al Emarat, to be in the air for the 46th UAE National Day, will be flying along the east coast, over the emirates of Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi Corniche.

The Al Fursan or Knights, flying Aermacchi MB-339A jet trainer aircraft, are the UAE Air Force aerobatic display team.
Formed in 2010, the team did its inaugural display at Dubai International Airport in November 2011, to mark that year's Dubai Air Show. The team did an intensive six-month training course in Italy, followed by an additional six-month preparation in the UAE before making its public appearance.
Though the team flies 12 aircrafts, it only displays seven planes representing the seven emirates, team leader Col Nasser Al Obaidli stated. "Every pilot has his own name on the aircraft, which he is well experienced in flying."
Aerial display flying is a dangerous job and requires full concentration at all times, he underlined. "You cannot relax. Sometimes, the aircraft get very close to each other, and that is why you practice every day."
