Dubai Police add Bentley Bentayga to luxury car fleet

The new vehicle will join the fleet patrols of the Dubai Police in conjunction with the launch of its new corporate identity. Listed among the most luxurious SUVs in the world, the car with the new Dubai Police emblem on it was displayed at City Walk on Thursday. The car also carries the message from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, 'Thank you Mohammed bin Zayed'.
Major-General Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansouri, assistant commander-in-chief of the Dubai Police for Criminal Investigation Affairs, and Brigadier Mohammed Rashid bin Sirai Al Muhairi, deputy director of the general department of criminal investigation, received the new car from Mohammed Khalaf Al Habtoor, vice-chairman and CEO of Al Habtoor Group, at the headquarters of the Dubai Police.
Major-General Al Mansouri thanked Al Habtoor Group for its efforts in highlighting the cultural role of the Dubai Police in serving the community.
Al Habtoor affirmed that giving the luxury car to the Dubai Police comes under the group's strategy to cooperate with various government institutions and support their efforts to make Dubai a better place to live in. "The Dubai Police have progressed in various fields through these years and handle issues with professionalism, making it a role model in the world in term of advancement," he added.
First-Lieutenant Saif Sultan Al Shamsi, head of the tourist security patrols department, explained that the Bentley Bentayga 2018 is one of the most luxurious cars in the world. The car with a 12-cylinder, 6.0-litre engine, can achieve 0 to 100kmph in 4.1 seconds and can accelerates to a top speed of 301kmph, making it the world's fastest SUV.
