The Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development has taken all possible steps to ensure maximum participation for the Flag Day.

The ministry has started an online flag campaign where people can join the celebrations on the ministry's website by following the link uaeflag.ae or by using the hashtag #RaiseItHigh on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Earlier in October, Shaikh Mohammed had called on all members of the UAE community to launch a nationwide campaign to celebrate the UAE Flag Day on the November 3, which coincides with the anniversary of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan's assumption of office as the leader of the country. 
The UAE Flag Day celebrations will be held from November 3 to 7 with events including Flag Walkathon, operetta, radio contests, Flag City, 'Raise it High' campaign and social media competitions among others.
Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development Shaikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan had approved the plans for the five-day celebrations on Sunday.
